Solid Gold
Crafted for purity and hypoallergenic properties, our solid gold pieces include yellow gold and white gold. Yellow gold is pure and gentle on skin, while white gold, with nickel or palladium alloys, offers durability and resistance to scratches. To care for your solid gold jewellery, soak it in a mix of 10 parts water to 2 parts dish soap for 2+ hours, polish with a soft cloth, and avoid using paper towels or silver polishing cloths.

Gold Filled
Our gold-filled pieces combine a gold layer bonded to brass or copper for durability. They're water-resistant but should be kept away from alcohol (found in perfumes and moisturisers) to avoid tarnishing or reactions. If exposed, clean with soap and water, then pat dry. Avoid wearing during exercise, showers, or swimming to prevent damage or loss.

925 Silver
Sterling silver is highly hypoallergenic and tarnishes over time due to sulphur exposure, which occurs naturally in the air and our skin. Slow tarnishing by wiping after use and storing in a cool, dry place. When tarnished, restore shine with a silver polishing cloth.

Gold-Plated & Vermeil
Gold-plated jewellery features a gold layer on base metal, while vermeil uses sterling silver as the base. Our 18k gold plating includes a sealant for lasting wear. To preserve your pieces, avoid moisture, sweat, and scratches. When tarnished, use a silver polishing cloth (for vermeil only, as this removes gold) or contact us for re-plating services. For plated brass, opt for our polish and re-plate service to maintain quality.

The Traveller Series offers change of mind returns and exchanges within a 30 day window from delivery. Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed within 2 business days, and any potential further instructions will be sent to you via email. Faulty item replacements will be sent out once shipment is lodged. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

Please return in original packaging and with any tags still attached. Only items with their tags still attached may be returned; returns without tags will not be accepted.

Non-faulty purchases can be returned for Store Credit only.
