Free Standard Shipping for purchases over $150 (Australia).
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing us with all correct order details.
There are no guarantees for a change of address once an order is placed.
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels at their nearest depot. If uncollected, it will return to us and if you wish to keep your products, you must pay for a re-delivery.
You assume all responsibility when shipping a product back to The Traveller Series for any reason.
We do not have the ability to intercept parcels that are already in transit.
International Orders & Duties
Deliveries outside of Australia may incur customs, import duties, or local taxes. This is regulated by the government of your country and is out of our control.
These charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for estimates before placing your order.
We will not adjust or reduce the value of your order to avoid tax.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect address details, or refusal of delivery, we will issue store credit for the product value once the item is safely received back.
Shipping fees (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) purchased, excluding shipping charges, unless otherwise required by law.
Unusual Circumstances
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer liable for any damage or issues that may arise.
This includes (but is not limited to): shipping times, delays, missing, lost, or “delivered but not found” parcels.
Unfortunately, we cannot insure jewellery in transit. If your package is damaged or lost, we encourage you to seek compensation directly from the carrier.
Production
Please allow 2–3 business days on average for products to be made and dispatched, but expect longer during busier times.
To expedite your order to a 24-hour dispatch, select “Prioritise my order + Express” at checkout.
Packing
Our parcels are collected from our studio by our courier partner.
Pieces above $120 per piece are presented in our designer boxes.
Pieces under $120 will arrive in a pouch. Sample and Archive Sale pieces are packaged in a small, reusable baggie without branded packaging.
