Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Traveller Series.
Pre-order pieces are made or restocked especially for you, and we want to make sure you know exactly how they work before purchasing.

 

1. How Pre-Orders Work

When an item is marked as Pre-Order, it means the product is not currently in stock but is available for advance purchase.

The estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note: Pre-Order items are not eligible for discounts.

 

2. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order item.
This allows us to reserve your piece from our next production run.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Because pre-orders are made or reserved specifically for you:

Cancellations or change-of-mind refunds are not available on pre-order items.

You may request a store credit instead, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

4. Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items

If you order both in-stock and pre-order pieces together, your full order will be sent once all items are ready to dispatch.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

 

5. Estimated Timeframes

We always aim to meet or exceed our estimated dispatch dates, but small delays can occur due to production or shipping circumstances beyond our control.
We’ll communicate any updates promptly.
